Jan was the answer to a dream - I struggled to find a wedding cake designer who knew how to do a traditional wedding cake with royal icing and a sugar posy on top. When I contacted Jan, she said this was one of her favourite styles and that not many brides request it in favour of more modern techniques. Not only did the cake live up to the vision I had, but it also tasted divine! Jan even prepared a take away cake for us that was just as wonderful. Jan has excellent service, a hand rendered sketch (worthy of framing) of designs to choose from, excellent presentation materials and she was such a joy to work with on the journey to the big day!

When I started looking for a cake maker for our wedding this year I was over the moon to find the Cake Celebrations website and really enjoyed looking at all her wonderful cakes. From the very beginning she has been so lovely to work with. I found an image reference which I thought would be nice recreated but when we saw the actual cake on our wedding day we were completely blown away. It was even better than the Pinterest reference with edible gold leaf and pastel roses all over. Truly beautiful and tasted divine.
Jan’s Cake Taster Box was also fantastic and really helped us narrow down the flavours we wanted for each tier, we even had a gluten free tier which was no issue at all for her.

Where do I start? I cannot recommend Jan and her business enough. Having been let down by another supplier at short notice, Jan jumped in and offered to design and make our wedding cake without any fuss.
Our journey with Jan from start to finish has been seamless and refreshing. Jan sent through our cake taster box which was immaculately presented and contained delicious cakes- I have kept the packaging as a keep sake!! All communication was quick and detailed (I spy a PA!!…) and Jan kept us in the loop at every step of the process.
The cake…. Wow. My wedding cake exceeded all expectations. It was simply perfect by design and taste- everyone commented on how delicious it was.
Jan is someone who will go above and beyond to please her customers and ensure that they are happy. She certainly went above and beyond for us to include a card congratulating us on our wedding day and we couldn’t be more thankful and grateful.
Jan is reliable, knowledgable, super friendly and incredibly talented. I know that this won’t be the last time I ask Jan to make me a cake!! ♥️

We planned our wedding rather last minute! Jan very kindly found time to make our wedding cake.
We planned a tiny wedding and so we ordered a very lovely single-tier cake. Small and perfectly made, and just what we wanted!
Jan liased with our florist to make sure the flowers on the cake exactly matched our other floral decorations.
The cake was beautifully displayed and tasted delicious. We all enjoyed it on the day, and my husband and I had enough to take home!

I’ve had many cakes made by her over the years and have always been impressed. She made our wedding cake a couple of weeks ago and a birthday cake for our son also, they were incredible.
All decorations were hand made and the flowers on our wedding cake looked so real.

The wonderful and talented Jan Finn from Cake Celebrations created our bespoke wedding cake.
Although we had no clear idea in mind to start besides our colour scheme of Royal Blue, Jan surpassed all our expectations.
This was from attention to detail to the three teirs of mouth watering vanilla sponge which was so well received by our guests.
Jan's customer service was first class from start to finish and we cannot thank her enough for creating our wedding cake that added to our perfect day.

I have known Jan for quite a few years now – she has a natural talent for baking and decorating many kinds of cakes to an exceptional standard. Her flair and skills are quite extraordinary – she is incredibly talented.
I asked her to make my wedding cake in March 2016. I just gave her an idea of colour, we chatted about design and I really left the rest to her. The result was amazing and exceeded all my expectations. Her attention to detail and presentation was truly outstanding. The cake was delicious too! I still have the sugar paste flower topper decoration from my wedding cake and keep it safely on display as part of my wedding day celebration.
I had so many lovely comments from guests who admired the cake – and I was only too pleased to pass on recommendations.

Cake celebrations made our wedding cake the showstopper that many of our wedding guests still talk about.
Jan has been the most helpful, easy to talk to and reliable supplier. I had a rough idea of how I wanted the cake to look and as if by magic Cake Celebrations have managed to sketch and make exactly what I had in mind! Not only did the cake looked fabulous (5 tiers!) but it also tasted amazing!
I would highly recommend Cake Celebrations and, if I could do it all again, they would be on top of my list of suppliers!
Ps. If like us you would like to keep the top tier just for you and your new hubby, their cakes freeze very well and taste just as good as when they were first made!

I have used Cake Celebrations for numerous family occasions and have always been absolutely thrilled with the quality of the cakes produced by Jan.
The cake purchased for my Mum's 80th birthday was stunning, and the sugar crafting was just perfect...as you can see from Mum's expression, she absolutely loved it and could not believe the exquisite sugar crafting!
